Very few people in this world do I deeply and truly respect, Aly is one of the few.  Alyasha personifies pure, authentic, american style, if you want to talk about fashion and stlye, and he’s a man of high standards and principles if you want to talk character, which is lacking in todays society.  Cool video for the Posture Foundation.  (more…)

AMANDA LOPEZ PHOTOGRAPHY

For some time now I have been a fan of Amanda’s work, so when it came up to be able to do a shoot with her I was really excited.  I don’t do “shoots” very often and I’m very proud to be a part of her body of work. I have done a post or two about her in the past, and its very cool to be a part of one now. Thanks Amanda your great.

I was just in San Diego again and I had the honor of tattooing one of my oldest friends, Who happens to be a world class chef.  Rob Ruiz is his name and I owe a lot to him, his friendship has helped mold me into the man I am today, so like I said it was a great honor.  He is head chef at a sushi restaurant called Harney Sushi in Oceanside, California, Rob is one of the hardest working people I know and well on his way to becoming a household name.

Tales From the Tube, Rick Griffin

July 23rd, 2012 | Posted by admin in Artist - (Comments Off)

Rick Griffin has been one of my favorite artists for as long as I can remember, He was most widely known for designing some of the Grateful Dead’s best known posters. For me, I love the surf influenced art Rick Griffin created, as a young kid I used to draw waves often, but when I seen how he interpreted waves and barrels, it blew my mind. Thanks Mr Griffin for the inspiration, RIP
