One of my favorite tattoos from my trip to Sã0 Paulo was on the legendary Edi Rock. A christ head “with one tear” over a cross. Jesus cried.
Where I come a man has to answer for the things he says, but in the web people are free to hate and hide. This new modern age of keyboard comfort, people really feel comfortable getting out of line, throwing all manners and class out the window. Now, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but openly insulting a stranger on the internet is weak and cheap. Who has time for that nonsense, good luck haters, you’re gonna need it.
I’m not usually too involved in politics, but I do try to stay current. And this young girls being kidnaped thing really touched me. When bad things happen to women or children it always seems extra severe. Bad things happening to innocent people in general always upsets me. Every time I’m in LA I gotta bump Tupac, I always feel his music, but especially when I’m in LA. Tupac will always be on my top 5. Truly one of the greats.
Tonight I sit down with Oliver, Dave, and Chris to help judge this weeks episode of Inkmaster. I have a love hate relationship with tattoo “reality” shows. Like many of my peers its hard to see our beloved profession dumbed down to be consumed by the masses for entertainment, for that I hate it. But I love how it has helped some of my dear friends.
I would have loved to have been on a earlier episode where I could have really went off on the bad work being done. But at this stage of the competition, only six artist left, and they are all good tattooers. At this point it was really just nit picking the details as all the tattoos were great. Tune in next week to see what I say. Tuesday the 30th 10pm eastern time Spike TV

The Big Egg Hunt NY is coming to an end. You are now able to bid on this thing on the website. The very special thing about this one is, in over 15 years of painting I have done my best to never sell and any original artwork. I have painted tirelessly for over 15 years very consistently. Now since this one is for charity and out of my hands its a Luke Wessman original for sale, one of the very few. at the moment its only at 600$ which is nothing for such a unique art piece. It is a little big and hard to hang on your wall, but its a true art collectors dream.
