This year my dear friend Tim Hendricks and I will be working together again at the Ink n’ Iron in Long Beach on the Queen Mary. Tim and I will be doing some tattooing, saying hi to friends, and selling some of the things we sell. I will also be releasing the Rose Book that I have been working on for the last year. I like to follow people on Instagram for a few reasons: If they are one my dear friends, I want to see what is going on with their lives, constant pictures of their dog, dinner, baby, it doesn’t matter because they are a dear friend I love anything from them. Now everyone else… I like beautiful pictures, people, places, or things. I like creative captures, interesting and witty. I like beautiful women with tasteful pictures. I like cool quotes. I like good tattoos. Stuff like that. I’m just gonna do 5 this month, and do some more of my favorite’s and why later.

3.tobymorse - The best example of a human, husband, father, friend, singer (H2O) Pma, straight edge, vegan. 4.iviwolf - This woman has such a nice visual eye for a classy picture. To me, her photos are a great representation of a classy lady. I like classy ladies. Great architecture, interiors, fashion and nyc photos. I don’t know her personally, although we did have a semi awkward/pleasant bump into each other meeting once as I was walking out of a store and she was walking in at the same time, we exchange pleasantries and went on our way. 5.jasonnorton- Norton is a dear friend and is a very unique individual, with a great sense of humor, kind of his own brand of humor that grows on you the longer you know him. Amazing photos that are off from the “norm” perhaps best know for his Intersection photos. Also bull riding photos. (1243/1163/471)
Worked on this “Bertha” half sleeve tattoo on my friend David this evening. David own a really great mens clothing store called Palmer Trading Company in soho on Sullivan Street.

After almost a year this sketchbook “The Rose Book” went to the printer. Thanks to Tim Hendricks and Guy Waisman for really helping me pull it together. For its grand release, I will be selling it at the Ink & Iron this year on June 7th, 8th, and 9th, which is a great place to pick it up and have it signed by some of the guys in it. It’s 100 pages and will go for only $80.00

My friend Fernando Mazza is from Brazil, he has been spending this past month in town and has become a friend and client. Fernando is the cousin of my friend Rodrigo who works with me at Wooster Social. I was really impressed with his work and it was a honor to put some of mine on him. He came to Ny to work on a project for a magazine called Mens Moments Magazine and I’m proud to say I was apart. We shot a full day at Wooster aka NYInk. It was nice to be shot by a friend which whom I have respect for.
This Tim Hendricks machine is one of the machines I have used almost everyday since he made it for me over 7 years ago. If you don’t own a Tim Hendricks tattoo machine and you’re a real tattooer, you’re slipping.
